Guests pay securely through Exploresiargao when they book. Payments are processed through our payment partner Xendit and held until the booking reaches the payout stage.
This system helps:
- Protect both hosts and guests
- Confirm bookings before service is delivered
- Reduce payment risk and cancellations
Payouts are released once:
- The booking is complete (the guest has checked out, the rental has been returned, or the activity has finished).
- Any disputes or issues are resolved (if applicable)
Your payout amount equals:
- Total booking value
- Minus host service fees
- Minus approved adjustments or refunds (if applicable)
Hosts do not need to collect payment directly through the platform.
