- Calendar / reservations: this controls when guests can book you. Keep it updated to avoid conflicts and missed opportunities. Penalties may apply to hosts who allow double bookings.
- Inbox / messages: all guest communication happens inside ExploreSiargao. This keeps everything organized and helps support resolve disputes fairly if needed.
- Payouts: this shows your earnings, upcoming payouts, and payout status. Guest payments are processed upfront, and host payouts are released according to your payout rules and the booking’s confirmation/cancellation period.
