When a guest books, you’ll receive a notification and the booking will appear in your host dashboard. You should:
- Review the booking details (dates/times, guest count, inclusions)
- Send a quick confirmation message to the guest (especially for meetups, check-in instructions, and activities)
- Prepare everything promised in your listing (cleanliness, equipment, staff, access instructions)
- Update external calendars accordingly to avoid double bookings
If anything looks incorrect or unclear, message the guest inside the platform immediately.
