What information should I include?

The best-performing listings are clear, detailed, and accurate. At minimum, we recommend including:

  • A clear title (what it is + where it is)
  • What guests get (inclusions, amenities, equipment, itinerary)
  • Unit layout (for accommodation) and itinerary (for applicable activities)
  • Exact location / meeting point (and how to access it)
  • Rules & requirements (age limits, IDs, deposits, safety requirements, house rules)
  • What’s not included (so guests don’t assume)
  • Cancellation policy (set in your listing)
  • Helpful instructions (check-in steps, pickup details, what to bring, timing)

The goal is for a guest to book without needing to ask basic questions.
